- A refund cannot be issued until lookanshop.com receives the goods in question. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
- How to return an item
- If you are returning an unwanted item please make sure you wrap the item securely. You will need to enclose a note informing us of your details, order number and reason for return. Please also state whether you would like an exchange or refund.
We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel on the way back to us. Postage costs of unwanted goods are down to the customer.

- Unwanted Goods
- lookanshop.com will offer a full refund, less our postage costs, within 14 days – no questions asked!
If you wish to exchange the goods ordered for any reason what so ever, you can do so within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the product has been used or the original packaging has been broken.
- Free Gifts
- You will be asked to return any FREE gift received if the return of unwanted goods takes the total of your order under the qualifying amount stated for a FREE gift.
In the event of the FREE gift not being returned with the unwanted items, lookanshop.com has the right to deduct the cost of the FREE gift from the customer.
- Faulty or incorrect goods
- Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to www.lookanshop.com Customer Service Department ASAP. However, we do give you 30 days to inform us for a full refund or exchange
- lookanshop.com offers a 90 days replacement policy on all faulty products
- Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box for a full refund or replacement. Please clean items before returning.
- All returned products will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be working
- Cancellation
- You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund. Simply return the goods to us and we will refund your order.
